Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Network Property Buyers LLC (doing business as Network Property Buyers) ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information on wanttosellmyproperty.com (the "Site").

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to answer your inquiry:

  • Information you give us on the Site: your name, the property address, your phone number, your email address, and anything you write to us.
  • Your choices on our form, including whether you opted in to text messages, with the date, time and wording you saw.
  • Basic technical information sent by your browser: IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, used to run and secure the Site and to measure how well our ads work.

2. How we use it

  • To review your property and respond to your inquiry.
  • To contact you about your inquiry by phone or email, and by text message only if you opted in.
  • To keep a record of your consent and of any request to stop.
  • To run, secure and improve the Site, and to meet our legal obligations.
  • To measure how well our ads work, as described under Cookies and tracking.

3. Text messages

We send automated text messages only to people who tick the optional text message box on our form. If you leave it unticked, we do not text you automatically, and we may contact you by phone or email about your inquiry. The Network Property Buyers Property Inquiry Texts program sends messages about your property inquiry. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out. 4. How we share information

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, our customer database and our phone and text message providers, and they may use it only to provide those services to us. When you visit the Site, the advertising and analytics companies named under Cookies and tracking also collect information about your visit.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business, and only subject to this policy.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the above and will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Cookies and tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar tools from Google to measure how visitors use the Site and how well our ads work, for example whether a visitor who clicked one of our ads asked about a property or called us. These companies may collect information about your visit, such as the pages you view, your browser and device, your IP address and the ad you clicked, and may use it under their own privacy policies, including to measure and show ads.

These tools do not run on the step of our form where you type your name, phone number and email.

Because these companies can recognize your browser on other websites, they may collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites. The Site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. You can manage the ads Google shows you in your Google Account's ad settings.

6. How long we keep it, and security

We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you and to meet our legal and record-keeping duties, then delete it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no system is perfectly secure.

  • Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, or by telling us any other reasonable way.
  • Ask us to stop calling or emailing you.

8. Children

The Site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
